New PSN Avatars !

Naughty Dog posted on their site that they were uploading Uncharted 2 Avatars for the PSN, I was extremely happy, but my suprise was that they added more avatars, Pain avatars ( I don't care about those ) and they even added SSF4 Avatars, they probably are gonna add more SSF4 characters, now I'm extremely thappy that they added Dudley. I didn't even knew they were adding SSF4 avatars. * runs around like crazy* :D

Got the Nathan Drake avatar, for $0.49 I'll take it. I was getting sick of having Altair as my avatar anyway.

Sounds cool. I don't think I'd mind paying, I'm always browsing them but haven't bought one yet. Maybe for uncharted I will.

I'm sorry, but they aren't "worked on". Most are just images already out there made from the (already done) commercial artwork. Anyone can make these with their eyes closed by grabbing these commercial game art off the net and do a little "snip here, snip there". Even I can (and have) and I have no superior graphic art skills what so ever. People do WAY MORE than this for free! No one is "paid by the hour" for this at Sony. Who are you kidding here..?

I'm gonna have to agree with Denji here. Most PSN avatars are simple "cut, copy and paste" jobs that people could do on their own with basic imaging tools on almost any computer. Sure, $0.50 isn't alot of money, but its the idea of having to pay for such simple images found on the internet for free. Not knocking anyone who paid for them, but some of us just don't see the point. :P But like I said, if people enjoy them and don't mind paying a paltry sum on them, then more power to em :)
