Help remember title of a Horror/Survival game with an old man chasing you and you hid under couches.

I have a PS4 survival horror game that I played years ago and now can't find it. It was a female reporter who starts the game by exiting a vehicle and then you become locked in a mansion. While you are there, an old man can find you and chase you, all you can do is hide like under couches. I beat the game, all achievements, but was offline and told that they would sync when the playstation came back online, and it never did. I need help as I've searched the Internet, looked through my games, and I just can't find it.

@farslayer9: Have you tried asking an AI search engine? Just copy/paste most of what you said in your post.

@DEVILinIRON: It comes back with Outlast 2, which unfortunately isn't the right game.

Kind of reminds me of the Clock Tower games but those are way too old.

Is it "Martha is dead"?
