Help on NBA 2K12 freezing and No Commentator

Hi, at first my nba 2k12 is playable but the commentator isn't talking and when I had to shoot free throws the ref won't give the ball and it stays like that forever. And when I pause the game, or do anything else, it freezes. I tried deleting all the nba 2k12 files like the user profile, roster etc. all of it exept the videos and pictures. and it still freezes. Any help? :\

Have you patched the game? there has been some updates fixing problems you listed. I had the freezing problem and the last update fixed it for me.
