Does anybody use their PSP as primary/only gaming device?

Yeah yeah, I feel a bit alone but I was actually wondering if anybody else use their PSP as their only gaming console. Currently I have 5 titles (games in South Africa ain't that cheap you know)

1.) Mortal Kombat - Unchained (Quite good)

2.) Ridge Racer (Good graphics and game-play but does get quite hard)

3.) Dungeon Siege - Throne of Agony (Far too easy)

4.) Toca Race Driver 3 (was a present, graphics are quite jaggy and the game is quite hard)

5.) Silent Hill Origins (Excellent game, short but still great)

Anyway back to the point, just wanting to know about my above mentioned question.

I have a 360 and i also play some PC games, but i do use my PSP more then anything probably. Lol, i probably play my PSP 70% of the time, since i am addicted to Syphon Filter: Combat Ops and Renegade Squadron.

Yeah it's my primary gaming device. I used to have a ps2 with a bunch a games, but I gave it away. So the only other thing I have for games would be my computer. But all I really play on my computer is UT2004.

Otherwise I've stuck with the same games for awhile: Lumines II, SF: DM, burnout Legends, wipeout, ace combat, and Tekken. Although I must say I cut down on gaming on my psp, mainly because my vision is blurry after playing for an hour or so.

It's quite strange how some people can't see a portable gaming device being someone's only gaming device. I am a ex PS2, NES, Genenis, PSX, PC user but I do find pocket gaming to be very much the same. The size of a screen ain't such a main factor as most people think (look at PSP and DS in Japan) and I always love to see developers transfer ports/sequals/prequals for PSX/PS2 games to the PSP.djlofti

portables are definitely my overall gaming device, I play my ds and psp more than my ps2(and I have more ps2 games)

since I got it i play it all the time. Some games are so on par with PS2 it is amazing!

Well with some new titles like GOW and FFCC etc the console might just get the attention it deserves.

Well, I sold my 360 a few months back and picked up a 80Gb PS3. I got MotorStorm, Tiger Woods '08, WarHawk and Burnout Paradise + PAIN and Bowling, and now Pixel Junk Monsters. I just recently bought a Black PSP slim, 2gb card, and 5 games. Worms 2, WipEOut Pulse+Pure, FFT: War of the Lions, and Puzzle Quest.

I'll admit right now that i've probably played my PSP more in the last few days, then I have my PS3 since I got it a few months ago. I currently have around 45 units Folding@Home, so thats about 270 hours my PS3 has NOT been gaming.

The PSP is a great piece of gaming equipment, and I'm an avid gamer, PC, PS3, and PSP. Right now, yes, it is my main source of gaming.

PS. My girlfriend loves it aswell, because I can lay in bed with her, while she cuddles and falls asleep, while im doing whatever on my PSP. Perfect Combination =].

Personally I use it mainly for Gaming, but got a few Mp3's in it so I tend to use is as an Mp3 player...

However for me its mainly a Gaming console :)

I've been using PSP Slim as only gaming device for one month and i'm really good with it. i spend all my time on roads in everyday when i'm going to school and weekend class... so PSP is a great way to fun for me. i have to say that PSP is a fantastic device... thanks sony, i hope you keep doing right works...

No definitely not me; that would be my PS3. But I love my PSP and I use it a ton at school, it's a life saver.

I play my PSP as my primary gaming device now only because its new. Eventually I'll probaly start buying PS2 games again and I play WoW also so PC is played alot.

My PSP would not be worth the money unless I could do other things with it besides gaming.

My PSP was replace as my mobile movie/MP3 player when I got my Zune 5 months ago. Then I sold my PSP and bought a PS3.
