can you system link ps3?

sorry if a noob question, but my cousin just bought a ps3 invirginia (navy stuff) and he's comingback to california to visitand i want to play resistance with 8 players

You just lan it, i know you can play Vegas over a lan, not sure about resistance though.

Yes u can system link 2 ps3's and play 4 on 4 with certain games. It works with resistance but tried it with cod4 and it only allows 1 on 1 battles with cod4.
