LightSpark light?

Hi I have just formatted my windows back to 8.1 which I do every now and then for some reason hehe. Any way. I just opened up gamespot and another window opened saying I should install Light Spark. I have neaver heared of it be for but it said it was from adobe but I just want to make sure. Is this something new to windows 8 or is it a virus download?.

I've never heard of it either but it's legit apparently.
