Dawn of War: Soulstorm

Someone asked earlier in this string which races are in Warhammer 40K. The only ones left are the Daemonhunters, Dark Eldar, the Witch Hunters, and the Tyranids. Assuming nothing changes, and the Dark Eldar are one of the two races in Soulstorm, which would you want for the other? My vote is for the Tyranids since the others aren't really full-fledged races.

Here's what I'm worried about, andI think THQ should be also. In OCT 2008 Starcraft II will be released, and Dawn of War will probably be sidelined. So do you think THQ holds on to the Tyranids until after Starcraft II is released to become relavant again, or release them in Soulstorm so that this game will remain competative?

Remember Starcraft is just a thinly veiled Warhammer 40K because of copyright laws. Starcraft Humans = 40K Space Marines; Starcraft Protoss = 40K Eldar; Starcraft Zerg = 40K Tyranids.

Amen to that. Lets hope the play style is a decent rep of the tabletop and the fluff (but mostly the fluff :P).

Although (i diddn't think it was possible) the DOW warp beasts look worse than the tabletop ones IMO.

Sigh.. no Tynanids. I like the addition of the Dark Eldars, but where are the Witch Hunters or the Daemonhunters? And why the Sisters of Battle? Maybe in the next expansion? Or even a sequel?
