If you aren't dead-set on the 17.3in laptop then I think this is the best deal, will be slightly quicker for video-editing than the one you picked out and is more portable: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314017 Otherwise the one you picked out should get you what you're looking for, mid-high settings is about all that can be expected out of the 730m but there probably aren't many better options in this price bracket.
i lift weights as a hobby and trust me carrying around a 7lb laptop around with you everywhere isn't funny. Â It will not be portable, and will probably be on your desk the whole time. Â You might as well just get a desktop.
Out of the options I can see the Amazon link for the Acer Aspire V3-771G-9809 17.3-Inch Laptop (Black), seems to be the best machine. But like Blazn mentioned and as I've found from 4 years of hauling around a 17.3in laptop in college, they can be a huge pain in the ass.
