- It must be 17 inch unless the specs are super... - So far the one below seems like the best option http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314004 http://shop.lenovo.com/us/itemdetails/21829TU/457/33BEC151D2E404EF2777F3D5F8160999 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009JXJWZI/ref=asc_df_B009JXJWZI2484288?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=cnet-pc-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B009JXJWZI http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/cto.do http://www.xoticpc.com/shopping_cart_show.php?wconfigure=yes

Well, mid-high settings gaming, video editing and music production.

If you aren't dead-set on the 17.3in laptop then I think this is the best deal, will be slightly quicker for video-editing than the one you picked out and is more portable: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314017 Otherwise the one you picked out should get you what you're looking for, mid-high settings is about all that can be expected out of the 730m but there probably aren't many better options in this price bracket.

Turns out 730m isn't that bad for gaming, most games should run fine at medium settings.

i lift weights as a hobby and trust me carrying around a 7lb laptop around with you everywhere isn't funny.  It will not be portable, and will probably be on your desk the whole time.  You might as well just get a desktop.

Out of the options I can see the Amazon link for the Acer Aspire V3-771G-9809 17.3-Inch Laptop (Black), seems to be the best machine. But like Blazn mentioned and as I've found from 4 years of hauling around a 17.3in laptop in college, they can be a huge pain in the ass.
