it would only end in a dictatorship. small nations are the best idea.
true trooper but if they unite for 'good' meaning have a person from each country in the governing post would make things ok. there would be minor issues at first but later things would be fine, i think that way.

Doubt it. A lot of people don't think we will achieve true harmony until we take the next major evolutionary step, if we ever get there.
it's possible, only if it's a military dictatorship. Sure, there'll be rebels. But if you're generally larger and more technologically advanced then these rebels, then you win.
No just look into any tribal nations history and there struggles for power, and land. Besides criminals are criminals, by definition these are people who don't obey laws. Therefore you could knock down all the "invisible" barriers you want, and pass all the laws you want. Yet you will never extinguish that afforementioned aspect of human character.
That's impossible. Look at the history of man - constant wars, bickering, divisions, etc. We are dividers by nature and will always identify some difference, some issue that separates people.

not to rain on your ideas but without chaos there can be no balance without balance there can be no order, without order there will be chaos. it's a never ending paradox of hell, if you will.
I disagree with some people who say it's "impossible" as nothing is impossible. We aren't united now because we have nothing to unite against. It might sound silly, but if there was a threat beside another humans, we'd unite wouldn't we?
