all of highschool in its entirety was pretty bad for me

All of it was pretty bad. I've found you really can't trust folks that say they enjoyed high school.
Freshman year was certainly my least favorite. I was a loner in HS and especially in 9th grade, but odd class selection allowed me to get to know students from all grades every year. I was the only freshman in a class of Seniors (Creative Writing), which allowed me to get a nice perspective on the older, 'cooler' kids before anyone else.
On the flipside, Junior year rocked for me. Some tough courses (AP American History and AP Psychology), but I was allowed to slack every day in final period (English 3) because the teacher was rarely in class. She was the head of the English department, and out of 180 days of class, was in for roughly 30 of them.
My sophomore year sucked, and so did my freshman year. I picked the option for the sophomore year. I'm a senior now, and I'm so glad that I'm almost done with public school. It's been hell for most of my life.
All of my years so far were equally boring, and senior looks to be about the same. Seriously my high school is easily the lamest school you could go to. Nothing ever happens, and the people are all pretty much the same. I guess I'll pick sophomore year because for some reason I was always stressed out back then ,even though I get WAY more work now.
Sophomore year, since some of my closest friends started attending a different school.
Although to be fair every year of high school sucked pretty bad.
Junior year. The girl I was into and me had a falling out that lasted for like three months. That's a long time in high school years. We made up and all that, but we never got our stuff together to date or anything. Also a friend of mine had to get an abortion which was very traumatic for her at the time. And I didn't get on the JV basketball team
Were you homeschooled up until then?I would say 10th grade since I was homeschooled during that time and I wasn't as social.

soph was worst for me. broke my wrist 2 days before state championship soccer game so i didn't get to play in it, school work was getting more difficult, spring track was a nightmare because our new coach beat the crap out of us. just remember it generally sucking all around. only thing that was good was bing friends with a lot of juniors so had automotive access which was nice.

it was incredibaly boring. Most kids still didn't ahve cars and freshman interest in high school wore off. It was also the first year of taking AP classes and that got boring quick
i actually really liked my freshman and sophomore year. i was crazy and it was fun. junior year was pretty good.had girlfriends all throughout this time and lots of good friends. was popular and invlolved in sports and parties and everything.
my senior year i became depressed because of family issues and skipped school like 1/3 the time and was high like every day in class...
it's okay though, i still graduated and am in college now, so it turned out well. i'm not depressed anymore at all. heheheheh. I swear my teachers passed me because they knew i was smart even though i didn't do any work except for projects and tests/quizzes.
Senior. Hated it so much I left. Junior was pretty terrible as well. I didn't have any friends throughout either. I somehow managed to get good grades during junior despite the personal issues I was going through. I didn't study for the exams at all and still passed. Wonder what I could have achieved if I was actually happy, heh. Did the first term of senior year, got an E for a subject, figured there wasn't much chance of passing for the year, and I hated every moment I was there so I quit. The subjects I picked and the teachers I had were crap too.
I'm a lot better now. I fear what would have become of me, if had I stayed.. but it still is kind of sad. I was getting As and Bs during the first two years. I can't say that I miss it though.. some of the worst years of my life.
Everyone is now trying to convince me to go to a different school and try to pass senior, but I don't know if I could handle it, really..
Freshman year for sure, one of the most awkward and overall intolerable years IMO, though for me sophomore year because I started to get into trouble that year. Luckily I got back on the right track, which made junior and senior year quite enjoyable 8)
