Will you continue to use Google services after March 1, 2012?

I read an article about these supposedly controversial policy changes, but nowhere in the article could I find any actual information that sounded the least bit controversial to me. Seems like a lot of fuss over nothing. The media is basically just making a "news" story out of some people on the internet doing what they do best - complaining and making a mountain out of a molehill.

Only use Youtube and the search engine. So I guess this doesn't really apply.

I'll be using Opera and Bing for my more......sensitive searches.

The question is will I keep my gmail, and I haven't decided on that one yet.

Unless you are doing something illegal, it doesnt matter... and if you are doing something illegal, it doesnt matter if you use google either.... using yahoo or bing isnt going to magically make all your online activity invisible to the world.

If you want your internet activity to be anonymous, use a good proxy, or an access point other than your home.... otherwise, everything you do online is easily traced back to you.

Kind of creepy. Not sure I want to get an android-based phone and have them connect it to what I do elsewhere and my location. Guess I can just bookmark youtube vids, block certain cookies, and use a VPN if I'm really that worried. Also does this mean everyone is forced to have a google+ account that automatically imports information from other services? That's pretty stalkerish.CptJSparrow

i just use youtube. i don't use google, i prefer bing. So it doesn't really matter to me.

I'm using Google Chrome now...

Seeing as I love Android, I'll most likely continue using Google services until Android is no longer around.

There's always Bing... but this doesn't affect me at all so don't care.
