I think it's largely cause science and society passes on a "filter" to them.

They can't see beyond THEIR veil of reality.

What are your thoughts on drug legalization?

Yeah,very funny.

I've never actually taken drugs in my life, but i'd like them legalised.

So where's that evidence I asked for?

Listen to me,Ace.

For YOU,there's no such a thing.

So no matter how evidence me or others provide, you will still say "that's a trick"/"can be explained"

So what's the point?

If for you something doesn't exist,it never will, cause in your(subconscious)mind you've convinced yourself it doesn't.

Until you show me evidence you can't complain I'm disregarding your evidence.

True,but i know you'll do it anyway.

I can't convince you, esp. ppl like you, about things like that from the internet.

I'd give you articles,but it's not "evidence".

I actually do not have, and can't,show you anything that will make you see that they are real.

Mind over matter is really powerful, after all...so if a bunch of ppl are in disbelief when someone is trying to show stuff like that, they may not see it,or it may not happen cause of that.

I'm not, you're just fckn blind to things that are very real.

And i gave you the reason of why,you wouldn't believe anything.

Calm down. How am I "fckn" blind? You haven't shown me anything to make an observation about.

I'm calm, the "fckn" there was just to emphasize that ppl like you can't see.

And it's everywhere, you just can't see it cause you're looking with your eyes...

You're quite frankly delusional if you believe the skeptics are the blind, and you are somehow amongst those "willing to see the truth".

If your explanation of the universe is only the natural one,and that we don't have souls,YOU are the delusional one.

The ethereal side was there from the beginning,it cooexists with the physical one.

TC is saying that it's not something you can teach though. It's something you just know. So if it's something we just know then why doesn't everyone believe in it? Why can't he even give a hint as to where to look?

Exactly, 95% percent of these guys are clowning on the circuit. The other 5%, if they are the real deal, you can never tell, it isn't empowering to be a follower of somebody elses experience even if they are right.

People have to grow some balls and take matters into there own hands if they want to get a glimps of the luminous. Investigate and experiment, the truth is most people are just not up for it, a lot safer to stay in your little comfort zone and listen to others to soothe your doubts (nothing wrong with that).

The new magic is physics, a measurement approach. But the true magic of these theories and mysteries can only be experienced as transpersonal by physicists who work on them, understand the implications and appreciate the intrinsic depths of the quantum world. It is not a very democratic experience in that sense, luckely to us mere mortals they can be explained and understood on a basic level (which is good because it validates to some extent the fact that the world is not as clear cut as we would think).

Old magic to me is the cardinal one, in particular altered states of consciousness. Authors who you should look into, Roger Pensrose, Karl Jansen, Carl Jung, Stanislav Grof, Rupert Sheldrake. If anybody knows tittles of old magic books that they deem usefull let me know.

Spirits and magic? Probably due to the lack of any supporting evidence. Esotericism? Because by its very definition it is understood by only a few.
We live in a world that's becoming more and more focused on the observable every day. Magic just isn't one of those things that has been observed.KHAndAnime
Not just what we can observe, but phenomena which may imply the existence of something.

I feel embarrassed for you.

He is NEVER going to provide evidence

His only argument is that everyone else is blind while he is not

Debating with him is a waste of time, you're time is better spent talking to the wall in your room
