Like: Hillary Clinton or Obama. Definitely Hillary because she wants to end the War in Iraq and combat Global Warming.

Dislike: Ron Paul - Dwelling in the past too much, nothing I've read about him supports the future. The fact that his Campaign talks about his likes and dislikes... It's just a weak campaign, but what's he doing that's making him so popular?

You know, I never believed it possible to find two weaker candidates than George Bush and John Kerry. Lo, the '08 debacle has started rather early proving that no matter how far you sink you can never hit rock bottom.

Funny, because Hillary and Obama are two of the weakest candidates. Kucinich seems like a possibility, but he has very little chance. I'll likely vote for Romney.

Ron Paul

Dislike : Socialists like Hilary and Obama and anyone supporting higher taxes in order to break the best health care system in the world.

BTW I am an IOWAN Caucus VOTER. So my vote matters most. I am voting in the primaries for Ron Paul, then I will shift and vote for whoever the Repub candidate is once the dust settles.

But until then I am voting for lower taxes and smaller government.

the govenment creates inefficiencies, and waste money. Also I believe in States rights ahead of the federal rights. which is what the constitution was based on. REMEMBER, the DOCUMENT THAT MADE THIS COUNTRY GREAT!

Also. I recommend before you decide you "Like" a candidate you google him and find out the positives and negatives of the person

For paul : never voted for higher taxes (lower taxes = more spending = more tax revenues anyway)

against: Hes nuts. We all know it, but I want to make sure candidates realize that this is the kind of candidate we support.

lol. . . B0Ston; Its better than blindly voting for an anti gun pro choice repub like Guliani.

Ron Paul has more experience than the majority of the candidates out there. Hes been a senator for a long time.

And ive never met a morman i wasnt scared of (ideologically.... yes ive met a few )

Okay, Republicans are out of the question in the 08 election, whoever gets the dem. nomination will most likely be the president, can we agree on that?

Having said that, I think Obama would be the best president out of all the candidates. Ron Paul does seem to be dwelling, and Hilary Clinton is an oppurtunist who will pander to anyone and everyone. Obama seems to be the strongest by far.

umm what are you talking about? giving it away free still means it has to be paid for

Health care has an infinite demand. thus giving it away creates and infinite need. there will be waiting lists. And doctors right now work 60-80 hours a week already. They will scale it back to 40 hours a week, do a set number of surgeries per year and then they will also be of lower quality because med schools will have to accept more of them to fulfil the needs.

how do they waste money ?

I dont think Hilary would be a good president, and I dont think she will be our president, but do you believe Fred Thompson will do anything to help this country. He does'nt give a damn about anything except making a buck continuing the path Bush has lied before our feet.

yea Ron does take it too far. However I want to see him get a significant portion of the vote so that our candidates are no longer determined by companies like GE/Disney/ ABC/ FOX. They choose how much face time each candidate gets on their talk/news shows. They choose the presidential candidates.

Socialized healthcare is bad. Why is it that so many people are flocking away from Canada and England in order to get medical treatment? It's because socialized healthcare fails. The lines become too long, taxes rise (plus, I don't want to pay for some drunkard to get a new liver), and people die waiting!

And if you are over the age of 65 you are no longer eligible for a transplant, even if you have been a productive member of society for 65 years and worked hard all your life and paid for health care like a responsible adult should.

You just get to die instead. Thats cool, they pay the most taxes for the longest period of time and get shafted? GREAT PLAN! until you turn 65

Well I just want someone who leans towards this, I don't prefer picking just one person:

Legalizing drugs

Less censorship(Ratings are fine)

No prostitution and gambling laws

Current gun laws(Control some, allow others)

Try and pull the soldiers out of the war, try to end it basically, not fight it more.

Focus less on crap technologies and more on nanomachines

Allow people to choose whether or not they would like to stand for the pledge in schools(I don't go to school, but they deserve to choose)

Flag burning shouldn't be illegal, yes, symbolism and all that, I know, but I'm not very symbolic...(I don't want to burn flags either, but it's pretty much the conservative version of banning the N word)

Seat belt wearing should be voluntary(At adulthood of course)

Suicide and Euthanasia(If stated they wish to have it in will) and assisted suicidelegalized, but voluntary psychiatric help allowed, or if diagnosed insane, non voluntary.

Allow the homeless to live in peace, yes, stop annoying them!

Allow international trade, Cuban cigars FTW!

Less of a strict immigration policy

Try and focus more on Private Military and Intelligence Companies than the current armed agencies and militaries.

Very strong civil protection act, if I see some guys robbing a bank, I want to arrest him, with force(If I'm licensed).

No Patriot act.

About civil protection act, allow private police forces, but the public one as well... Pretty much, Private Investigators and Bounty Hunters with the freedom of cops(Licensed).

Sexual orientation related marriages should not be voted upon, but a given right.

Legalize consensual human cloning(Full on cloning, not just hair follicles like in Italy(They're supposed to have a market for cloning your hair in 2009, some Italian scientists or something)

Legalize genetic engineering of all kinds

Legalize Cryogenic freezing in all states(Not just California like present)

I want to legally have my own helipad(Not sure about the laws of that)

Less HOA issues, they're annoying

That's about it.

Yes, some of it's extreme, but yeah...

Probably Ron if I had too.

Seat Belt Wearing isn't a Chore, it's a Safety Implementation that saves lives. If you aren't wearing a Seatbelt and you slam into someone at 50Mph, you'll be glad you were wearing it.. (If you survive..)

Legalizing drugs== RON PAUL said @ the debate he would end drug war.

Less censorship(Ratings are fine) == Ron is against censorship

No prostitution and gambling laws = umm noone has discussed this yet...

Current gun laws(Control some, allow others) =Ron Paul is for the constitution; Especially the 2nd amendment. Rudy is Anti Gun. So are the Dems. Most Reps would be against the reinstatement of the firearm ban.

Try and pull the soldiers out of the war, try to end it basically, not fight it more. = Ron Paul, only anti war Repub

Focus less on crap technologies and more on nanomachines =agreed, but the govn;t should leave this to private companies (which is where no candidate that I can see is supporting govn't subsidies for this tech)

Allow people to choose whether or not they would like to stand for the pledge in schools(I don't go to school, but they deserve to choose) == Anyone can ALWAYS choose that. The teachers cant make you stand for that

Flag burning shouldn't be illegal, yes, symbolism and all that, I know, but I'm not very symbolic...(I don't want to burn flags either, but it's pretty much the conservative version of banning the N word)== Well I think Ron Paul would let this be a STATE issue. So he wouldnt ban or not ban it on a fed level. No Candidate has taken a stand on it.

Seat belt wearing should be voluntary(At adulthood of course) =Thats a state issue, take it up w/governor.

Suicide and Euthanasia(If stated they wish to have it in will) and assisted suicidelegalized, but voluntary psychiatric help allowed, or if diagnosed insane, non voluntary. = hmm noones been one way or another on this one openly.

Allow the homeless to live in peace, yes, stop annoying them! ==Whos annoying them?

Allow international trade, Cuban cigars FTW!=== Ron Paul said "There are no allies or enemies, just business partners," he would open trade with Cuba.

Less of a strict immigration policy ==No candidate is open about going easy on illegal immigration issue completely, unless they say they want to get 'tough'. I personally support a strict policy. So ROMNEY is NOT your guy. Hes come against it pretty hard. Legal immigration is improtant to our nation however. Noone has laid out concrete plans aside from the 'point system', which was pretty lame

Try and focus more on Private Military and Intelligence Companies than the current armed agencies and militaries.==Good idea due to the more efficient nature of private biz. However with blackwater scandal right now, noone will support this publicly. However right now we have almost 80,000 private soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan

Very strong civil protection act, if I see some guys robbing a bank, I want to arrest him, with force(If I'm licensed). = Agreed; however noone supports vigalantes.

No Patriot act. ==Ron Paul; Hilary and Fred both support the war and the patriot act.

About civil protection act, allow private police forces, but the public one as well... Pretty much, Private Investigators and Bounty Hunters with the freedom of cops(Licensed).

Sexual orientation related marriages should not be voted upon, but a given right. =Its truly a states right's issue. The state has the right to decide this issue. A ban or allowing them should NOT be determined on the Federal level.

Legalize consensual human cloning(Full on cloning, not just hair follicles like in Italy(They're supposed to have a market for cloning your hair in 2009, some Italian scientists or something) = Thats a slippery slope. However no candidate has said anything beyond Romney NOT supporting stem cell research (which really doesnt have much to do with this)

Legalize genetic engineering of all kinds = Scary

Legalize Cryogenic freezing in all states(Not just California like present) = Wheres it illegal? Its a states rights issue

I want to legally have my own helipad(Not sure about the laws of that) = you can have that, ever seen cribs? Swiss beats has one

Less HOA issues, they're annoying = HOA?

That's about it.

Yes, some of it's extreme, but yeah...

Probably Ron if I had too.

you sound ron paulish. Conservative libertarian.

Like: Dennis Kucinich. Why? Only honest, level-headed, and progressive candidate.

Dislike: Everyone else? But more specifically I despise Hilary Clinton and Mitt Romney the most.

Usually I never like the candidates who have no chance of running, unfortunately I really like Mike Gravel and Ron Paul and frankly I feel embarrassed by the top tier candidates in both parties.
