my parents just bought the accord you described.and its awesome. its like polished metal or something. really nice color.but id definetly go with luxury. especially since you live in queens and have basically no where to drive fast(legally).

Depends on the city. If there are areas where you can drive fast without getting caught and without traffic, go with speed. Otherwise luxury is your choice.

I have been working doing low-end jobs for about 2 years, fast food to be exact. I graduate in 5 monthes and my parents will help me out with some money. Together i have 31,000 dollars. I want to either go with the honda accord coupe V6 auto, OR the 370z auto with paddle shfiters. They're both 31,000 bucks roughly, thing is the accord is fully loaded (leather, navi, heated seats, sunroof, and all) The 370z has nothing in terms of luxury (cloth seats, 4 speakers, no navi.) the accord is a v6 270 hp and the 370z has 330 hp so it's faster. I live in the city, new york city Queens. This has been a very hard decision for me to make, which one would you guys think is best for me?

How the hell did you save 31k working low end jobs in 2 years? I live in NYC and to be honest man just buy your self a nice used car for 25k less. Why waste every dime you have on 1 object? honestly though think about that. Also I'd choose in between luxury and speed.

For speed, I would never buy an import. American cars seem to always go faster, I guess it's because of the engine size. For 30k you could get a Pontiac GTO 6.0 L, then while you're at it throw some Twin Turbos on the thing, and boom...you have the fastest car around. If you want luxury, I really don't know what your gonna get for 30k, a Honda Accord isn't very "luxurious" if you ask me.

actually if you like the big rims look, you could find a 2001 Cadillac Deville for about 20k then throw some 22's on it. Now you're rollin in style. In Queens, people may appreciate that a little more. But I really don't know.

if you pay 30 grand for a GTO now a days your getting screwed. you can generally find decent condition ones for about 15 but then again if it breaks you are up a creek because pontiac doesnt exist any more

Pontiac dosen't exist, but GM still does, and so does Holden, the division of GM that made the GTO, you'll be fine.

I wouldn't buy any of those in the are you live in. If you do you best have the best insurance coverage. I would buy a old car and use that while saving that money. Just my 2 cents.

Neither, get a used Infiniti G37. Or G35. Or BMW 3-series (preferably the 335i). If you're living in a city you're not going to have room to stretch the 370's legs, so you wouldnt be getting your money's worth. Plus the 370z is just ugly.

Speed all the way. If you want to make the really intelligent decision do NOT buy new. As soon as you drive it off the lot you lose the majority of the money you just sunk into it. IMO old cars are the way to go. You could get a blazing fast, gorgeous, totally reliable old muscle car for around 15,000 and in ten years it'll be worth 30,000. Best investment in the world.
