Saint Paul, a Roman Jew born in present-day Turkey, was a persecutor of the church until he was converted personally by God while Paul was riding to Damascus. He became one of Christ's apostles and sought to evangelize the Romans after Christ's death. This is about 1/8 of St. Paul's Letters to the Romans, Chapter 8.
If God is for us, who can be against us?...
What will separate us from the love of Christ? Will anguish, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or the sword? As it is written: "For your sake we are being slain all the day; we are looked upon as sheep to be slaughtered."
No, we are more than conquerors in Him who loved us.For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor future things, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.nightshade85Pulp fiction ftw. That would be my second choice.
