The many variations of Masters you can have round a table with lots of friends.
Freeze Master - One person freezes (stays still) at a random time. Everyone round the table must copy him and the last one to do it has to drink. They then become the Freeze Master.
You change Freezing for just about anything you want. One person has to do the action, then everyone else has to copy. Last one to realise whats happening has to drink.

The Bruce and Sheila Game (said with an Australian accent)
Needs a mix of men and women round the table. All the men start off called Bruce, all the women start off called Sheila. You have to continue the simple conversation below, getting the all the names correct. Make a mistake - take a drink, and your names swaps to Sheila if you were Bruce, and Bruce if you were a sheila. Pick a direction to go round the table and begin (this assumes men and women alternate round the table)
Bruce: G'day Sheila
Sheila: G'day Bruce
Bruce: Say G'day to Bruce, Sheila.

Sheila: G'day Bruce
Bruce 2: G'day Sheila
Sheila: Say G'day to Sheila, Bruce

It starts off easily until people start making mistakes, then you have to remember what name to call each player. Doesn't take long for everyone to forget and get very drunk very quickly :)
