It's horrible that nobodys treating her..

It's quite possible that she's got something similar to the tears thing they mentioned.
Crying blood isn't unheard of.. Maybe she's just got it so it's not just tears, it's sweat aswell.
That would quite easily explain how she's not cut.. But it wouldn't explain how it actually happens.
