If you have never read anything Warhammer 40k, this is the book to start with. It also happens to be my favorite book of all time.

I am trying to get Bruce to move to a less concentrated process. You can be in charge of the comics round if you want. Your job would be to select a comic of your choice, then three from stuff that the club will bring up(making sure that at least few people showed interest in them). Bruce selects a fifth option. Then why are there positions and committees? You labeled this "OT Book Club". That doesn't put you in charge since OT belongs to all of us. What you've done is facillitate the desire for a book club, despite your single-minded quest for attention from the rest of us.

Air, I will always have 1 slot on the poll for a book of my choosing.   A staff member of my choosing (dave or KK), depending on the round, will also have 1 slot for a personal preference, and they will also select the other 3 nominees based on support and interest in the thread by other users.

Bruce, Dave is already expanding his Vice Presidential powers. As I said before, you need to be careful in dealing with him. I like Dave, but he is dangerous. I recommend us both giving each other special positions within each other's clubs in order to keep Dave from having too much leverage in both at the same time. Laihendi
