So I'm planning on going to my local store tomorrow and buying some crest whitening strips. Do any of you use them and do they work? Are they harmful? My teeth aren't yellow but they aren't pearly white either. I'm just looking for ways to improve mah smile :)
They work pretty good. All I can say is brush, rinse and floss regularly. Also stay away from dark sodas and coffee, and if you can't then rinse with water afterwards, and don't smoke or anything.
