You are mostly correct. That person is me. I own the dark side of the moon, and I also own the sun and have for some time. Her claim is false. And I don't charge for use of the sun. It's free. I also own most of mars, the red spot on Jupiter, all of Saturn except the rings, Neptune, and I used to own Uranus, but I got so tired of the jokes that I sold it to some jackass at Walmart for 50 bucks.

That's why you never buy used. I have already pre-ordered the Orion Nebula on Amazon. God told me that it should be done in a couple billion years.

I never understood why people can claim ownership of extra-terrestrial objects. Even under the most libertarian principles, it makes no sense (you never mixed your labour with that object, for you never touched it in your entire life). I think this case is incentive to end the whole looney trend of "claiming" or "buying" planets and stars internationally to be honest.

How does she expect to enforce the fee on the world? keep everyone from using "her" sun. That's just plain stupid, I'm no lawyer doesn't she have to sign a contract with someone in which the other party agrees to use the sun and pay the royalties? Even if I use it without her consent, what is she going to do? sue the entire world? with what money...and like some one else pointed out all the skin cancer patients now have someone to hold responsible.
