I agree there isn't anything really creepy people are just yanking Biden's chain with this video for the giggles. He was just trying to be affectionate and a big-hearted fatherly figure in front of the cameras but the girl put him in the spot. That's the things about the little buggers they can be capricious and tactless in the worst occasions and at the worst times.

Considering he in front of cameras, grabs a young girl's arm, whispers in her ear for quite a while, and then tries to kiss her, I think he was the tactless one...he should have known better. Even her father probably wouldn't have done it.

Let's not get dramatic. Its not like he grabbed her arm in a forceful manner or anything he just grabbed her arm gently to draw her closer nothing is particularly wrong with that. As I said earlier the whole whispering routine was to demonstrate how cordial he is and how he can relate to the little ones and whatnot. it is no secret that kids make for good PR material. The kiss was supposed to crown that its not that he kissed her in an unseemly way or anything. But yea he should have known better and taking into account the capriciousness of kids and their incapacity for judgement and lack of appreciation for "political intrigue". But why wouldn't her father have done that?
