No, I use gamespot:P Darth-CaedusYou know, we should have a "status" here on GameSpot. I know, I know, we have blogs, but why not have "status" updates too?

Yeah, I kinda noticed that. That's sad.[QUOTE="Sajedene"][QUOTE="Luncbox1"] many of them just like rebelling against what's popular for the sake of rebelling against what's popular. Many of them aren't popular themselves, and so they try and consider themselves "above the rest of us" by dismissing popular things as "silly" things. That's been my experience. Marka1700
Or maybe there just not interested, maybe thay don't have time.

Which is precisely why I chose the word "many" instead of the word "all" or "most" Your still genarlising way to many people. I can do it to. Many of the people I know who use myspace are lazy bums who havent had a job in over 18 months.[QUOTE="Luncbox1"][QUOTE="Marka1700"]Which is precisely why I chose the word "many" instead of the word "all" or "most" Your still genarlising way to many people. I can do it to. Many of the people I know who use myspace are lazy bums who havent had a job in over 18 months. Well, based on my past experience, every single person who dislikes Facebook falls into the category I described. Every single one I've ever talked to. Obviously not every person who dislikes Facebook is like this. But, in my experience, many of them are. I think I made that pretty clear in my first post. So don't jump down my throat. People I know in real life don't do it, so why do people on Gamespot do it so much? oops, I made another generalization. Please don't tear me a new one :POr maybe there just not interested, maybe thay don't have time.

I have a facebook account and use it very regularly. If one of my friends is online, I can just talk to them about an assignment or plan to hang out in the next couple of minutes or day or so. While I could just use text (which I still do) facebook allows me to do that, and check out the interests of friends and other people.
And my status is:
Jake spelt backwards is ekaJ. Want some more useful information? Capers starts tonight and ends on Saturday so come and kick it old school!
Yeah advertising... :P

I don't know, they seem to follow me like a curse. Worse, they ask for money all the time. But there the only people I know who share common intersts with me.
Why is it called facebook? Has anyone noticed that, like the idea of that is suppose to be that your face is in a book?PatatopanIts book with Face, just like myspace is space thats yours. :D

Doesn't matter if they are slackers, they're your friends? You can't dislike them for being lazy.
Oh God, you have no idea how perfectly this describes someone on my friends list, whose name just happens to be John. :PYeah, I gots a Facebook. I hardly ever use the status option, though. The people who update their status every 10 minutes are the best.
