3/5 Dethklok is cool but sometimes sound generic to me.

I cant get over how shitty this website has become. It takes FOREVER to load ( sometimes doesn't ) I cant see any videos to rate them... there all "!" And when I go to embed a video my screen goes black and I have to refresh.. what a f***ing joke of a website gamespot has become. ( Every other site runs fine )
But hell for what it counts... heres my submission.

"Rejoin" by Dethklokk. Been watching these guys since season 1. Im not even a death metal fan ( infact I hate most of it ), but this is really good stuff.
And again id love to listen to the song above me, but.. cant. Ty GS.
So we can all see the videos except you, yet you think it is the website.
Anyways 2/5 Can't understand a damn word he says.
^ 4/5, very atmospheric, I like the lazy vibe of the rhythm.
Here's a track I made, the video is just some footage I shot in Greece.
It's kinda kinda, 3/5. I'm not really into ambient electronica. Missing a good groove I guess. Also I really thought the island was Corfu until I read the description lol.
My sub:

Started of pretty shitting, but once he stopped singing, it got a lot better. Couldn't even hear half of what he was saying because of how low the vocals are compared to the instruments. 2.75/5
DA FAAAAAQ .... I had my headphones' volume at almost maximum , the damn thing nearly deafened me at the moment I played it !
2/5 , ain't never been no fan of heavy metal. However I liked the way guitar got soft at around 3:00 and again at 3:40.
Edit :@one_plum My comment was meant for Trai-Mix's post.your score is 3/5.Man I needed a soft music after that mad thing !
Here's the memorable theme from Resident Evil 3's closing scene :
My first sweetheart was pretty well her lookalike. In profile , I almost couldn't possibly tell them apart.

Short song. 3.5/5 I liked it though, was just short.

Well that's kind of what they are going for , in my opinion it complements the sheer weight of the guitar, the vocals take second stage to the wall of downtuned guitar. It's also kinda brooding up through the song, gaining momentum compared to the vocals. Kyuss is kinda psychedelic so most of their songs are pretty oddball in many aspects. But of course, to each their own.

2/5 ain't exactly my stuff.
" Merle Haggard on K-Rose.I know a lot about heart-break.As you get older , it gets easier.Trust me."
Anyone remember that from San Andreas ?
I don't know, so 3/5.
Here's the link to the music video for Madonna's "Like a Prayer" which aired 25 years ago today, and it takes you to a world of symbolism and controversy along with a positive message of standing up for someone who is accused by injustice, even if it means risking your life to do it. Happy birthday, "Like a Prayer"!

3/5 Pretty cool song, but it went on much longer than it needed to, for so little actual content. I love me a long epic (huge Dream Theater and Tool fan), but I prefer a long song to consist of more dynamic changes, rather than tons of vamping.
Also,
*Pantera's Planet Caravan*
Oh man. I've always loved Pantera's cover of that. I honestly think it's better than the original. Also, amazon, glad you liked the Landon Wordswell. That guy is amazing, and I really hope he gets big. I got to meet him a few months ago when he came through my town to play a tiny show for a crowd of like 20 people. Great guy.
So for my next contribution, here's another of his.
Damn so many genres it's hard to contribute! I'm a fan of all but it depends on the mood, ya know?
What's up with the last 6 minutes of the song haha? I'll give you a 5 out of 6 if it matters. A lot of big names on here, shit, I even went to a Dethklok concert once. Let's hear some not as well known stuff before Hotel California and Stairway to Heaven pop up.
Or perhaps a little context. This is a song by a very popular band in Japan called Mr. Children, it was released in 2003 I believe. You can find the English lyrics but the video and song itself is powerful enough. No matter what music or language you listen to it's a pretty good song.

(I don't know how to embed videos, I took 5 seconds to look it up and it didn't work. Pls halp)

Hotel California already showed up. Hahahaha.
Also, just use Gamespot's own video posting button. Regular HTML embedding doesn't work anymore.
@AmazonTreeBoa: 1/5... sorry can't stand Kid Rock
Guess we are on par then, because that sucked to me. Couldn't understand half of what she said. Seems as if she was forgetting half the words and would lower her voice and mumble as if we wouldn't notice.
1/5
@AmazonTreeBoa: It's probably the Icelandish accent that throws you off maybe. It's still better than what that hillbilly trash Kid Rock goes on about.
now 4/5 for Steve Miller Band.... badass
3/5 tolerable ^

I LOLed here.

WOW you went out to left field with that one, didn't you. Never heard that song from him. Good to see he is still alive. Wasn't bad. I would say 3.5/5
Sometimes i cater to others without a wide array of musical tastes such as myself. No offense intended.
You need to listen to Love it to Death and Killer albums by Alice Cooper.... They are way better than all his rest and overlooked for some reason.
1.5/5.
I never really liked Machine Head, or the genre that they are in.
Your video is broken. I get nothing but an error.

I hate this shitty rap.
Okay, here is a different version of the song I tried posting earlier. It's live, and the acoustic version. I prefer the album version (which I tried posting earlier), but meh.

They're a groove metal band like Pantera. 4/5 for your song.
Black Death - Night of the Living Death

2.5/5 Hmm...
Here's Room of Angel from Silent Hill 4.One the best songs ever made for a video game.
3/5 Was okay.
4/5 ^. It was about Vietnam wasn't it ?
Yes it was about Vietnam. Your song...3.5/5 Nice voice and instruments, but weird lyrics in some parts. Kinda sounded like a song from a James Bond film.
^ Dude I guess you misplaced the link there , 'cause it opens Gamespot's homepage.I searched it in YouTube though , decent stuff.I like high-tempo things, good prescription for fighting off depression.Only the "I can't wait" bored me. 3/5.

It was from the opening of Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater , that explains the lyrics , which refer to certain stages of the story.Oh yeah , the game's director Hideo Kojima is a maniac for James Bond.
I can't remember whether I posted this or not.Hope I haven't.
Going to post and edit after to see what I get first.
Oh Metalica. I'm not a major fan but I don't mind them. That's a good sample, really good live, some really good metalica.
4/5.
I am going to post my girlfriends favorite song ever, so you can be honest about it. Fist clenching Ballard ftw.
Careful not to knock a girls meatloaf!
