You hate Fox News, we get it.
Hate is such a strong word.
But everyone knows Fox News is more fake than actually news and its coverage so conservative-bias that it makes the republican party look like a kindergarten. So the above isn't exactly news
No Fox news is one of the only outletd you can trust. Just about everyone else is part of the lying liberal media which you need to be suspicious of and tune into as little as possible.
I can't tell who lies the most, Fox or CNN? On the other hand, I would like to say thanks to Fox for talking about the first Mass Effect game when they lied about the whole naked Alien thing years ago and if they hadn't done that, I would have never discover Mass Effect and Fox news is was what made me get Mass Effect in the first place. Thanks Fox for being stupid on the Naked part since you never played the game.

There is some naked alien butt in Mass Effect.
"As we have said in the past, be cautious about using the scorecards to draw broad conclusions. We use our news judgment to pick the facts we’re going to check, so we certainly don’t fact-check everything. And we don’t fact-check the five network groups evenly. CBS, for instance, doesn’t have a cable network equivalent, so we haven’t fact-checked pundits and CBS personalities as much." Directly from the Politifact website.

Are you actually trying to defend Fox News?

Your reading comprehension is pretty abysmal.
you have to be an idiot to believe the shit they tell people.
also msnbc, cnn, hln, bbc, al jazeera, ect ect ect... are all almost as bad
they all have editorial slants.
fox just happens to be the best at misinforming people but the rest are busting their asses to catch up.

From what I have seen most people hold BBC in high regard.

Most do. But I have seen some brits take issue with it.

i do like the bbc.
but i would say their bias is about shit north americans don't give a shit about.
stuff like the torries and the labour party and other raymond luxury yacht throat wobbler mangrove type subjects.
The other day, the main story on the Fox News website was a video depicting another ISIS beheading and in the video, they threatened to behead Obama. The article also talked about hostages from Jordan and Japan and a possible prisoner swap. The same story was on CNN's website, although not the main story and it completely left out the threat to Obama.
Why is that? I'll tell you why. Fox News will jump on any story that involves our president in a negative way, and CNN wouldn't dare report anything bad about their Dear Leader.
Both news agencies are garbage. Period.

If the threat was made it should be reported. Why was fox ebil for stating it?
Good. There is nothing more demoralizing and depressing then the truth. America is still #1 despite the facts and when I visited England I survived Muslim no go zones just like you would expect a hero American Sniper would. Ignorance is bliss and anyone who disagrees simply isn't ignorant enough.

I like the BBC when they cover news here in the US. I think they're much less inclined to lean politically because the US isn't their home station. I'm sure it's different with their Brit coverage though.
Fox and CNN are beyond hope. They're both crap wherever you go.
Besides BBC, the only news I watch nowadays are local news.

What? Even when they're wrong 61% of the time?
From what I have seen most people hold BBC in high regard.
BBC World News has integrity. Besides that, I have started watching C-Span more to hear directly from political leaders without any additional polarizing commentary. The politicians, themselves, have agendas, but we can hear their comments in there entire contexts on C-Span in contrast to some other news outlets which I shall not name (if you watch various news networks, you probably know who they are).

This is just my opinion, but C-Span needs to cut out the lengthy periods of time where the Congress is doing nothing. It tends to be too boring to watch.

I'm just kidding mate.

The manner in which Congress speaks can be educational. You can generate questions about what politicians say while watching, write them down, and ask them to people who you would like to discuss those issues with. Bills and laws may not be debated, but building personal relationships with those who represent us not only to other Americans, but to the world can be a very useful asset. Something as seemingly unimportant as sending a speaker an email or letter about what they said while broadcasted can start communication which may open doors for you.
I noticed you are level-headed about politics, in general, so I recommend you do something with that.

Using a myopic set of arbitrary pulls is telling; anyone using this to look at a larger context is not only fooling others, but themselves as well.

Oh ok :P, hard to know these days

These aren't meant to be all you read. They are meant to cross reference what you read.
They are ABSOLUTELY useful in forming a larger worldview (and filtering out the BS from the information you receive). They are simply less useful in saying, "Fox News lies more than the others," for example.

The individual points themselves are worthy of note in their specific given reference areas. I do not find use in the larger context.

My comment includes more than just American news sources.....but hey you can join the naive parade if you wish. All news sources have a slant.
@LJS9502_basic: You can look where the press is most free and look at what kind of accuracy they have. Because the news media in the us, is similar to third world countries in freedom and quality

You really need to read better. MSNBC got 41% wrong of whatever amount Politifact checked. They told us themselves that they didn't check everything.
This is why you frequently get shown up: Because you don't take the time to actually read and understand what it is you're looking at. You go off half-cocked and then get slammed for it. Time after time you prove yourself to just have a massive anti-american bias. You're nothing more than a bigot.
All media is biased because all humans are biased, some media is more biased than others. You don't have to be very perceptive to know that FoxNews lies more than the average but I can appreciate that FoxNews isn't really trying to hide their agenda. I like when news outlets, magazines or any other means of mass communication put their ideological stance out there in the open and FoxNews makes it clear. Others like CNN just try to hide it somehow and try to pass as objective. I try to get info from as many sources as possible but of course I give more weight to the ones that are inline with my ideological stance like any sane, normal, biased individual would.

Please stop. Cable news might be tripe but the US produces some of the best newspapers and magazines on the planet.

There's no point, man. It's like trying to convince an agoraphobe that it's safe to go outside. Bigots will be bigots.
