Don't worry about it. Not having a boyfriend is not that big of a deal, especially in high school, as most of the guys are complete jerks/idiots and they date unsavory lady-folk.

Seriously, I think someone somewhere has founded a "Hate Ashley" club and every single guy in the whole world has joined. All of my friends all have boyfriends and what not, but no guys ever even speak to me! I guess they all just see me as 'that skinny blonde who plays video games.' :(

Although it's probably because i'm pretty weird and shy around them so i don't think i should give you advice in this area, but what i do is don't really care, when a guy likes me and wants to talk to me then hey why not! What i'm saying is that you shouldn't worry yourself over something like this, those guys are idiots anyways if they don't like a skinny blonde!!!!

Just go up to them and ask them out, i don't think any guy will turn you down as long as they haven't got a gf and don't think you're joking.

As for ur problem, I agree with most posters, be more outgoing, display the fact that u like games, go to parties, etc

Also if ur not already, wear more attractive clothing. That always worked for me, and the glances are great for boosting self esteem

No... based off of your original post... you are asking us what is wrong with guys who doesnt like a "skinny blonde who plays videogames". When you throw yourself a pity party like that -- then yes, people will want proof or tell you straight up that its not them... its you.

(And then ofcourse there are those who can sympathize with you and will make you feel good to make themselves feel good).

We aren't trying to get a girlfriend. We just want to have proof we talked to a girl. GF's are a loooooooooooooooooooooooong ways off for most OT'ers.

Guy Advice: As Disney has hammered into our brains, just be yourself. If no guys seem to like you right now seem to like you, just wait until one comes along that does. Just whatever you do, don't settle on the first guy that gives you a chance. Find a guy that loves you for being you, opens doors for you, calls you up just to say he loves you, brings you flowers on random days, and just plain respects you. Don't worry; if you are a nice girl, an awesome guy is bound to find you eventually.
