The Road. I saw it while drunk and high, and it was ultra depressing.

Although the animal parts in Cannibal Holocaust were pretty un-nerving, I didn't find it to be all that disturbing, seemed pretty cheesy. August Underground and Salo were messed up for sure, but the one movie that still sits with me to this day is Requiem For A Dream. Not necessarily the "gross-out factor" but at the time I saw it I was going through some stuff (not drug addiction :P ) and it just haunted me down to my core. Still an amazing movie though.

I saw Saw 3D last night. Sick film. If you love messed up horror films you'll love it. Crazy s*@t.

House of 1,000 Corpses disturbed me since it was real nasty. Only watched it once and don't intend to watch it again.

tough call, but in the past few months I'd have to say "The Girl Next Door"...the fact that it is a true story, and happened in the "better times" of the 1950s, is horrifying.

Not really a scary movie, I dont know why it is classified as horror, just really disturbing and awful

Men in Black. I don't really watch movies but some of the aliens are freaky.

The Road. Just that one part in the cellar and right after. I couldn't unhear those screams, very freaky.

Saving Private Ryan, which i don't really classify as disturbing, but it would be the only one i can think of.

Eh, I thought an American Crime was a better portrayal and just as disgusting. But that might just be me.

The saw films can be disturbing. I would also like to mention the Grudge. That film scares the beep out of me.

A clockwork orange. Really great movie, but twisted and disturbing as hell.

Clockwork Orange, I can handle all the gore movies but this one was disturbing.
