How old are you Fightingfan? My best friend was 31 and he still couldn't grow a full beard. His stubble was the funniset thing I've seen on a man. Some dark, some blonde, he looked like a really badly taken care of lawn.

Beards are different. I always let mine grow a bit more than this. Then it starts to bother the area around my mouth so I have to shave it. I've got no problem with a man wanting to be clean shaved (on thier face). Shaving chest hair is just not normal..... Makes one deny themselves, also just a tad superficial to think you're chest can't have hair because that's what women like. Not all of them do. In fact they might find you a bit of an oddball because you do shave it.

I won't even start on the arms and legs because if you shave those...... you should be terminated.......Permanently

There's a reason male models almost never have hairy chests...hairless chests seem to generally be preferred over hairy ones, although obviously it differs based on individual preferences. On the whole though, hairless chests > hairy ones whether or not you like it. And yes I shave, but I have very little chest hair to begin with.

I am a pretty hairy guy. Not much hair on my chest though.

Ok so this thread inspired me to get a trimmer. Does it matter much that I get a cheap one? Does it work good too?

I don't have two much hair on my chest, so I don't bother.

Though my current shaver has a trimmer included in it. Is it gross to use that one?
