As long as no one notices it, there is nothing wrong with it. There was this girl that went to the same building for classes with me, and I have always thought her to be a babe. One day she was walking in front of me while we walked upstairs. She was wearing a pair of really tight pants and omg it was up close and lovely.

But when there are people around you, it is very impolite. You should never openly express your interest to certain female bodyparts in public, since it is considered degrading and objectifying female.
