A better fight would be Kratos vs Ghost Rider, and I'm talking about the comics Ghost Rider, not the movie one.

Since the Ghost Rider of the comics is godlike in terms of power, and even Dr Strange is scared of what he can do.

I'm pretty sure that a godlike being that can single handedly destroy other god and has big/awsome wepons can DOMINATE someone who gets PO'ed and turns into a big green mutant...

Sir, you need to read those issues. After you read them you will understand why the hulk in not overrated. I HATED the hulk before Planet Hulk. But afterwors, you are just astounded.

And even in a gladitorial style battle HUlk would kill Kratos. Zues did it, Ares did it, a barabarian was going to do it.

Kratos dies a lot.

Either way, he was strong enough to stare down the Hulk, so he could probably take Kratos in a fight. Itd be pretty epic to see a flaming skeleton with burning chains for weapons fighting an ancient god.

Well, I don't mean non-entity as that. :)

I meant him not being a cosmic entity. Really, Black Bolt is one of the most powerful Marvel characters out there. Dude can't even sigh since doing so will melt the brain of everyone in a hundred mile radius. The Hulk is even beyond (I can't believe I will say this) Chuck Norris in that a cosmic being such as The Beyonder couldn't even gauge how powerful the Hulk could ever get. LOL this is a no contest: Hulk in a landslide. I mean Kratos would PO Hulk off so much that his power would be something he just couldn't overcome. That, and the fact that Kratos' is nothing without his weapons and Hulk's healing factor completely negates that.

I think one of the only people in the DC or Marvel Universes that could "beat" Hulk would be Batman and here's why: The only way to really "beat" Hulk is to find some way to turn him back intodocile Bruce Banner, which Batman is smart enough to do. Take the smartest character you can think of and Batman is at least twice as smart as that.
