What I used to do for my PT tests....
First the pushups: 40/min, situps: 50/min, and the 1.5 mile run: 14 minutes or less. Nothing really strenuous.
I still do the above (in addition to soccer scrimmage and basketball, plus the cardio machines). I've been subbing the treadmill for the track in the 1.5 mile jog. My knee is starting to give.
