How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

About 7 hours during the week and closer to 10-11 on weekends.

I used to have erratic sleeping hours, but lately I've realized the importance of getting a good night's rest as consistently as possible.

usually 7-9 hours. it varies depending on homework load.

About 6 hrs.

I had no f*cking clue it was five years.

Try to do eight and a half at least. I don't function well without at least eight usually.

At night? none.  But I do get about 8 hours of sleep during the day.

9-10 hours

An average of 6 hours due to mind screwing dreams manifesting in my head.

mostly 8 hours

6.5 - 9.5, even more if Im badly sleep-deprived.

Not enough in general. I have a habit of staying up late. On school days, like 4-5 hours. On weekends and days off, it's pretty much double that.

Usually 7 to 7 and a half hours.

Like 6.5. Probably why I'm so zombie like.
