how does mcdonalds get their beef patties perfectly round?

I haven't had fast food in a month (love that Chick-a-file or however you spell it), but I feel like this thread is giving me some major cravings. I mean, I could just really go to town on a Big Mac with two McChicken's stuffed inside it.
