hot girl not interested?

a few blocks down my street a hot women stays prob few years younger than me looks early 20s.

Anyway im on her level looks wise imo she also looks student like me and dress kinda indie like me.

BUt everytime i be in my garden or on street and walk passed her i always check her out and look at her face but she always looks dead on straight ahead and never glances at me at all.

So whats here problem? Ive walked passed her over 20-30times now since i first notice her.

I often have people not interested in me and local just nod or smile to be freindly she wont even do that.

I once saw her with some big muscley guy but only once and rest of time she always walking alone.

Also @themajormayor (BRHD?) is right. Maybe she's not a slut or an extrovert so she doesn't talk to strangers unless pleasantly talked to.

Maybe she isn't interested in people by looks alone. All she knows about you, by the sound of it, is your appearance and that you are checking her out. You could just be making her uncomfortable because she doesn't like strangers looking at her. If you are interested, your best bet would be to try talking to her. Get her to know something about you. And you will learn more about her.

@jamzzee: Maybe she is just shy. I know I don't look people in the face/eyes when I'm walking around; hell, I tend to avoid looking at people entirely when I walk.

It might be cultural, as well; in the US it can be common to smile at total strangers and get a smile or "hello" back, but elsewhere it can be weird to do that, or even insulting at times. Maybe she is from another country or her family is?

Anyway, the fault is yours: if you are actually interested, do more than just look at her (she might even be creeped out by it, actually). Why don't you talk to her, ask her how she is doing and introduce yourself. I mean you're talking about someone that is a stranger and she is not interested you. Do you realize how silly that sound? You could walk pass her 100 times and she might stare at you once, but that dont mean shes interested. You could walk pass her and she stares at you 50% of the time, but that dont mean shes interested. You could talk to her every single day, but that still dont mean shes interested. I have gone through alot of those, where I say hi and small talk and even help them out in something, but every day after that they literally will pretend like you never existed and continue to never acknowledge you or only acknowledge you if you say hi first then they are forced to say something.

3. She is a lesbian. Many women today are lesbians and they look feminine and normally womanly fine as **** but turns out they like girls who look like guys, not actual guys.
