Answer the phone and if it's the prank caller put the handset down on the side.. Then check it after a while and hang up. It's their phone bill not yours.
That sounds like a great idea, so if its the prank caller i just leave my phone on and if he hangsup but i leave it on for like 20 mins then his phone bill is going to jack up but not my right??
