I have to say I only have a few, Liar Liar was one and Just Friends is another one.... so yeah, which films have made you "excuse me" made you wet yourself with laughter, or even made you cry with laughter? (better way to put it)
the funniest film i have personally seen is probably Superbad, the first time i saw it. it was right after it came out in theaters, everyone in the theater was laughing so hard during the whole movie. a great experience.
I'm going to chip in again here: Monkey business/Horse feathers along with the already mentioned Duck soup. Shaun of the dead/Hot Fuzz And Billy Madison always makes me laugh.
I think in terms of intended laughs it'd have to be Anchorman

thats a very subjective thing, as peoples tastes are different from each other, and over time your own tastes change tho currently the film ive found the funniest would have to be The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard

Stranger Than Fiction garbage? It was a damn good movie. I'd go for Shawn Of The Dead/Hot Fuzz, The Naked Gun, Hot Shots Part Deux and UHF.

If Liar Liar is good taste then i will remove myself from society and live in a cave and befriend wild boars. Anyway, Life of Brian, Holy Grail, Team America and South Park: Bigger Longer and Uncut deserve a mention.
