I'm definitely not impressed by a guy who's first actions are steps that make it more difficult for people to get healthcare.
He did something no other President ever did he told the people administering he penalties and fines of the ACA to stop imposing them as the bill will not be around much longer and when there is a dispute to rule in favor of the people not the government. He did nothing to stop anyone from getting health care.

After all the destruction this bill caused we still have thirty million people with out health insurance. People who don't qualify for a subsidy for there health insurance can not afford to get sick. this is a very destructive law on so many fronts.
