If she cheated on you, that means she's a bitch and not worth your time. Block her, stop talking to her, and refuse to acknowledge her existence. It worked great for me. You wouldn't be a dick for doing so. She's obviously trying to get your attention. For all you know, she could be cheating on this 'other' guy, or maybe that little adventure didn't work out and now she's trying to get back with you.
Block her and stop talking to her. IMO if you know she cheated on you, she is not worth associating with. And now that she's sending you pics and stuff, she is clearly unstable. The sooner you have her out of your life the better.
