I drink beer every night .... well practically, and I haven't noticed a difference. I think as long as you balance out your calories you don't gain weight. For instance..... rather then having some huge dinner I had some beans.... and then I will have some beer.... that would be the equivelent of a real dinner. What are your thought on beer making you fat.proctorsurf
read the october issue of mens fitness magazine. it gives a whole section on BENEFITS of beer to the body. it includes things like preventing alzheimers. reducing fat deposits in the heart. and increasing bone strength. hops is what makes beer, beer is quite a healthy plant
If you eat beans and drink beer you will become malnutritioned in a few months
your stomach also expands from all the liquid in your stomach then when you eat food you won't get full as quicklyÂ

Yea I've read about this too. It can be compared to eating a slice of whole grain bread..... except it makes you feel good.[QUOTE="proctorsurf"]I drink beer every night .... well practically, and I haven't noticed a difference. yeah that and the fact that nothing makes you fat except for your own inactivity and laziness so just keep on workin out and you will be a okbottom line. beer can have very positive affects on the body. but over drinking overcourse has negative effects just as overdoing anything has negative efffects. aslong you moderate yourself and exersize you got no problemsblackacidevil96I agree, everything with moderation and proper boundaries is good. Right?
