look at wolverine....He doesn't deserve his own comic, let alone movie. He's at his best in supporting roles.

Wolverine deserves his own comic, and his own movie. He's at his best in lead roles.
I wouldn't say he's more interesting...But he is unique. One of my favorite comic characters. I'd be ecstatic if Moonknight got his dues.spazzx625Ah mooknight, theres a forgotten character. I like moonight. Though what i would love to really see is an updated version of Cloack and Dagger. That might make a decent movie if not done to "comicy".

Its just there actually a lot of good characters in the marvel underbelly, and as blade proved sometimes they make better movies because there are not so many pre-conceptions or expectations.

I like the idea of a Cloak & Dagger film, but rather than an "updated version", I'd like to see it set in the late 70s / early 80s New York drug scene.

That would be cool too. I just think it would be a great marvel property that is not he "traditional" comic hero film.
I wouldn't say he's more interesting...But he is unique. I stopped collecting comics almost 12 years ago but i remember picking up their original series run and i loved the characters.

That would be cool too. I just think it would be a great marvel property that is not he "traditional" comic hero film.A couple of runaways being forcibly used as test subjects in a heroin lab certainly qualifies as non-traditional in that genre. Throw in the pity factor of Tyrone's speech impediment and you've got a superhero flick that feels more like something you'd see at an indie film festival.

I wonder if including the fact that their powers actually came from the demon D'Spayre who was behind the drug that was tested on them would make it more or less of an indie movie :P

I wouldn't say he's more interesting...But he is unique. Vice versa, apparently: "Deadpool attacked [the Great Lakes Avengers] (minus Squirrel Girl) in their headquarters. He managed to kill Mr. Immortal (who got better later) and blew the place (and himself) up in the process. While recovering, he was attacked and viciously beaten by an enraged Squirrel Girl. The GLC then turned Deadpool over to the local authorities, who were unsure what to do with him, as it was the first time they'd actually caught someone. All the while, Squirrel Girl demanded Deadpool shut his evil, evil pie-hole."

There's a Moonknight movie coming out.

Deadpool deserves his own country.spazzx625of Chimichanga!!"Chimichanga. Chimichanga. Chimichanga. I don't really like Chimichangas but I love saying that" After that line, Deadpool has had me saying Chimichanga for awhile. lol
PZZZZZZZZZZTTT-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! I didn't know Deadpool has actually done/said Shoryuken?! I thought that was just in a fan movie. Here is a good reason why he deserves his own movie.

Deadpool movie would be terrible. His insanity is good when coupled with other characters. A full movie of nothing but Deadpool antics would blow...real hard :? Now if only they would make a "Sandman" movie. They made Caroline, why not "Sandman"? :(II_Seraphim_IIThink for a moment how wrong that could go... "Michael Bay presents SANDMAN! He'll put you to sleep... forever..."

lol. Sandman would be totting guns and RPGs blow your dreams to smitherines! But seriously, a Sandman movie would need a VERY talented director, and knowing the legacy and critical acclaim of Sandman, I highly doubt DC would ever let Michael Bay touch it. Sure they let Zack Snyder lay his grubby little paws on Watchmen, but it wasnt TOO bad. It was passable, and enjoyable at times. I solid attempt but it still failed. A lot better than what Michael Bay would have given us. Now for a story as epic as Sandman, I would want a legendary director. The Nolan brothers are very well versed with these complex stories so they would be awesome, as would Ridley Scott. As for Steven Spielberg...he makes good movies, but this movies aren't exactly the most "complex" and "thought-provoking" so I would probably ask him to stay away from this. Nolan Brothers or Ridley Scott would be perfect.
And I wouldnt want a movie that encompasses the entire series. There is just too much for it to all be crammed into a single movie (unless its a Bollywood/African movie that can be 8hrs+) Maybe the first movie could be about
Dreams capture and escape.
Then the second one could start where the 1st one left off and be about
Dream getting his equipment back.
This movie could really be splendid. Someone who would seem to be perfectly fitted for the artstyle in this movie would be Tim Burton, but while a good director he isnt a "Great" director, which is what this movie needs. And he tends to take his artstyle too far where it loses its artistic value and borders on just being wacky and silly...I could see him ruining "Sandman" like that :(

I'm too tired of comic book movies. That's right I said it!duxupMatty, quick, get the burlap sack over his head, I'll grab the flogger and we'll teach him a lesson!
