Its defenitely occuring. I can even feel slight changes in temperature from when I was a child until now. Last December it was never below 45degrees the entire month incredibly high even in the 70s for a while.
Climates have changed throughout the history of the Earth. We had an ice age, and since then the climate has progessively gotten warmer, then colder during the 1400 period, and then a rise in climate again recently. We don't have accurate information on climate to compare what is happning now to what has happened in say the last million years. This upswing in climate change could be a normal trend in the weather patterns of Earth. We just don't know.
No, I don't support Global Warming. Even if I did, it isn't as if I'd be getting profits from it unless I became a lobbyist for Exxon-Mobile or something. It's occuring though. Even if Global Warming in fact isn't, something is.
No offense, but a lot of people don't seem to understand the term "Natural Causes". We always go through a couple years where the weather is weird. It can't always be sunny, guys! I'm sorry, but the weather actually seems better to me now then it did when I was 4. A lot of the problem is people like Al Gore getting up and scaring people into doing things. I haven't seen him trade in his car for a bicycle! So obviously he's not too concerned about it.
There is a very obvious relationship between co2 emissions and global temperature, so I do believe in it, luckily humans are begining to change which fuels we use.
unless you read science journals you won't realize that there are "certain proofs" that man is causing it. but meh, no matter what i or anyone says most people will still willingly put their heads in the sand on the issue and focus on things they deem more important like celebrities. *sigh*

would a bicycle actually be possible to have in the US, epsecially if you are traveling from speech to speech in different states, and there are ways of decreasing your emissions without trading your car for a bike, hybrids, using alternate energy sources, driving less, car pooling etc.. the weather seems "better" because it is warmer. and you don't seem to understand the science behind global warming. The more CO2 in the atmosphere, the more radiation trapped on Earth, thus more heat... *sighs* and scaring people is exactly what needs to be done, maybe they'll do something about it then.
I'm fully behind the idea of global warming as I am completely for the moon drifting away from the earth which will eventually result in the earth wobbling on its axis resulting in constant catastrophic weather changes. Take that humans!
Let me explain why it makes sense. Pure carbon dioxide retains heat better than the atmosphere. My proof? I seen a TV program where they got a bottle of carbon dioxide and a bottle full of normal air with thermometers and left them in the sun. The bottles stayed about the same temp for a while but the carbon one got hotter for longer. Also lets look at Venus and Mercury. The planets. Mercury is closer to the sun than Venus yet Venus is hotter. Why? Venus' atmosphere is 99% carbon dioxide. The fact is the more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere the hotter the Earth will get, and people are pumping more CO2 into the atmosphere than ever before.
