I like some Rap Rock as a sidedish to my Pop-Punk meal.

Some of my favorite Rap Rock bands are:

  • Beastie Boys
  • Bloodhound Gang
  • Hollywood Undead
  • Limp Bizkit
  • Linkin Park (Hybrid Theory and Meteora, the other stuff sucks)
  • Papa Roach
  • Zebrahead

To me, rapping is talking and rhyming rather than singing and rhyming, making it different.

RATM is legit. They're definitively not nu metal, though, I'd call them rap/funk/alternative metal.

You seem to have comprehension issues. I listed my favorite Rap Rock artists. It wasn't a list of the greatest.

If you mean Rap with rock influences like Trip-hop? Then yes, love portishead, Zero7, Massive Attack, Red Snapper...ect

I liked Limp Bizket back in the days of "Significant Other" and "3 Dollar Bill Y'all" the hidden track on the 1st Cd I mentioned is great. Matt Pinfield at his best-and possibly most angriest! he got fired from MTV for that tirade if anyone remembers.

Rap rock/metal and nu metal are two different genres. Nu metal also has elements of grunge and funk to it.

They were rapcore/nu metal for their albums Old Friends from Young Years and Infest.
