I probably buy 95% + of my DVD's used. I think I've got 435 of them, I'd probably have 100 if I bought them all new. Not that a lot of the low-budget junk I watch is even available new - they tend to go out of production pretty fast.
I've always bought used cars for myself. There's such a huge dropoff in price once you drive a new car off the lot, I'll let somebody else take that hit.

yes i do. Of course there are some things that i would really prefer to buy new but there are just as many things that are just as good used as they are new. No reason to throw money out the window for no reason.
For the most part I do whether its games (non-PC), movies, music, some computer parts, books, comics or vehicles. Clothes not so much unless it is something out of print or "vintage" (hate that word for clothes).
Games, books, DVDs, CDs etc I have no problem buying used if the price is right and they include everything. Electronics I will only buy used if they're REALLY cheap, or I know the person selling it. That's about the extent of my buying used.

Only clothes I buy used are jeans, got a few for a couple dollars that still had the store price tag on em, like they weren't even worn and they were pretty spensive as I remember. I need some new pants now that I mention it.

I think they got their garbage bag and clothe bag mixed up of something.
Never. I bought three used games from Gamestop and all three times the discs were so messed up that I couldn't even play them. Waste of time and money.

It depends what it is. For a lot of stuff, I don't really mind because the fact that it's used doesn't decrease my ability to use it. I bought TWO full sets of stoneware for like four dollars at a garage sale last summer, considering they're $20+ each in the store, that was a great deal, and I got 2 tables and a brand new recliner free just because I was there at the right time. We also have never had a brand new TV in our house, all have been given to us or purchased secondhand, and I don't really mind at all, I still watch a tube TV, it's just fine. I wouldn't want to buy much for secondhand electronics unless it was so cheap it wouldn't matter if it broke or if it was free. I tend to also look for secondhand clothes, aside from undergarments. I ruin clothes, I have a couple thousand dollars worth of them and paid maybe a hundred, lots of it is fancy brand name stuff I'd never buy regular price, so that is definitely worth it. I also don't feel guilty when after one season I get sick of an item and donate it away.

They will not only will the let you check it before you buy but also exchange it for another if it does turn out not to work So:roll:
