i am not regular so i have chosen the third option, but starting from today, i am on it. well i had been in gym and karate when i was a teenager. inshort one should no do hard excercises or even easy ones all of a sudden. precisely do not exceed it.

atm, i choose the third option to, but when mid-spring comes around i'm usually exercising 6 days a week, about 6-7 hours a day doing various activites. I was on a commerical and in the news were i live for being so active at a young age

thats great pal 2ndWonder. i was way better when i was a teenager if only i was not failed at the annual exam, that situation caused me to slowdown mentally and physically in life.

On a good week I'll do the following:

15 minute Jog (twice a week)

1/2 mile swim (once a week)

Hour long Karate lesson (twice a week)

25 mins Home karate practice (3 times a week)

Hour long dance class (once a week)

Walk to and from my local swimming pool, 3 miles + each way (once a week)

I have to do leg exercises every night for the rest of my life because I dislocated my knee last year and I need to keep the muscle around it strong.

When it's warm outside, I play basketball almost everyday, so yeah, I excercise frequently.

how did that happen pal?! skateboard thing, or bike riding thing or what?! i think its worse to have broken bones. and you are on a wheel chair. who takes care of you parents/wife or you are on your own?!

No no, im fine, its kind of funny because i was playing soccer of all things as sport in Physical Education.

i have a small bone defect in my knees that caused the groove the knee cap sits in to be closer to the side of my knees, so i have to build the muscle to help hold it in place. the plus side is that my legs are now very strong.

o i see, well its been said by lord Krishna himself "Whatever that had happened was fine, Whatever is happening is fine and Whatever will be happening will be fine as well". looks like you do not need to worry much, but i suggest you take good food and keep doing whats told by the doctor not only for the faster recovery but to confirm the recovery.

My figers are very strong, I give them a work out everyday with the constant typing:P but for serious, I excercise maybe twice a week, during the winter anyway. During the summer, I like to stay active.

I have to excercise. I'm semi pro soccer player in Europe and I got around 4x 100 minutes of training a week. Then 2 matches a week 1 indoor (50 min) and 1 outdoor (90 min) Also I go to the gym when I'm not training, playing games or at work.

Unfortunately not as regularly as I'd like. A 30 minute jog 2-3 times a week...sometimes. Mostly relying on changing my diet and walking more instead of relying on the bus so much.

well i am going to start from today for sure, i forgot to do it yesterday, i spend around 30 minutes, i think i can take it upto an hour, but half an hour is not bad in my opinion, yes exercise is good, infact i think in my religion its recommended to do exercise not only for health but as a compulsory thing for the body itself!

while watching huge farm houses or mountain areas as well as watching beautiful places at animes like tsubasa where kids run, especially the place which i saw in one episode it was in germany i think, there was a giant garden area and racing course, well watching such places makes me wishing to go in such areas and be close to nature with consistent exercise, but i am not rich nor do i have the chance to do jogging at early morning cause there are tons of people doing that as early as 4/5 pm at the race course area in my city cause i prefer privacy, i do not want others to look at me while i am running.

I play basketball for an hour and a half, two times a week. Plus I have sex for like 30 seconds a couple times a week too.

I bike to and from school(about a total of 40 minutes five days a week) and I try to go to the gym as reguarly as I can but sometimes I just can't. Also, on a minor note, I play Bass for about some hours a day which is resulting in me getting a oversized right arm.. o.O Not good!

Yhea, try sports, way more fun the gym is hellish boring IMO, better to jog, or do some home excersises IMO.

Also, if you like a sport, take 3 lessons each weak, plus if you have schoolgymnastic, wich I have 2 hours, that helps alot. Take 15/30 min. each day jogging/home excercice, there you go, you have a good and fun excercise each weak... well its atleast what I do. :P
