On a good week I'll do the following:
15 minute Jog (twice a week)
1/2 mile swim (once a week)
Hour long Karate lesson (twice a week)
25 mins Home karate practice (3 times a week)
Hour long dance class (once a week)
Walk to and from my local swimming pool, 3 miles + each way (once a week)
how did that happen pal?! skateboard thing, or bike riding thing or what?! i think its worse to have broken bones. and you are on a wheel chair. who takes care of you parents/wife or you are on your own?!GrandSlasher26
No no, im fine, its kind of funny because i was playing soccer of all things as sport in Physical Education.
i have a small bone defect in my knees that caused the groove the knee cap sits in to be closer to the side of my knees, so i have to build the muscle to help hold it in place. the plus side is that my legs are now very strong.
