wow ok so this is a bit old but I find it hilarious. A cop got stoned and called 911 because he thought he was overdosing.

I agree with Dachshar. He probably took it from someone, then told them to get lost. I worked in a factory years ago with a guy who was also a part time cop. He would tell us how he would confiscate fireworks from people, tell them he better not catch them again with any more, but he would keep the fireworks for himself. He would tell us that on the 4th Of July he would have more fireworks than anyone in the neighborhood for his family and friends to enjoy.shannonbud
