IN  your opinion, what is the all time coolest way to kill a zombie?

i'd say throw a record through his neck and chop his head off

I'm writing a screenplay and script for a zombie movie, how ironic. Unlike the many campy zombie movies out there I plan to have more practical deaths. The most elaborate will be shooting the zombie in the neck as it colapses on one of my characters, he (the yet unnamed character) will thrust a knife from below the chin into the cranium. The zombie will suddenly go limp and slightly twitch for a second or two as a couple liters of blood drain from the sinus cavity pooling on the wooden floor.

Anyway, best way to kill a zombie is to punch through it's mouth, severing it's jaw muscles and ripping a hole in the back of it's head. That way, your bicep will be in it's jaws, but it can't bite you. 8)
