1. For 8 hours a day, you are required to watch an installation screen. You want to make sure that you are able to hit the enter key or use the mouse to continue the installation. We need to make sure that that installation gets done.
2. Install programs. In order to perform job #1, you must do job#2, and that's to install programs. We want to make sure that the program gets installed that we'll never use.
3. Customer service, we trust you. DO we know you? No...but we trust you.
