If you are talking about understanding the use of tact in such a way that is persuasive, typically so. If you are talking about boldness, depends upon the situation. In other words, for better or worse I sometimes have the tendency to speak with the clarity of a politician. Sometimes this is a good thing, sometimes not so much.
