No I am not. Too many risks that could harm my body, that plus I've always hated the smell of cigerattes since growing up since my dad and oher relatives are smokers.Weed or other such substances never really appealed to me either.

The only poison I ever wwant entering my body is alcohol.

Nope. Never ever smoked anything.

I've smoked every day for about 8 years. I stopped smoking a few months ago because I got sick and the thought of smoking disgusted me. I was shocked at how easy it was. I did have cravings, but I read that cravings only last about 30 minutes, so I waited 30 minutes and the cravings were pretty much gone. I was a very light smoker though, only smoked about 3 times a day. I would still love to smoke cigarettes, but I don't have an urge to smoke.

I haven't smoked a single cigarette since. Even after stopping to smoke, only a single cigarette can activate the nicotinic receptors (which deactivate when you stop smoking for a while), and when they are active, many dopamine receptors are shut down to balance the amount of dopamine. That's why I try to avoid them completely, they're just not worth the boost in concentration.
