Zelda 2 June 4th for NA!!!

Nintendo just put out a press release celebrating that come Monday the NA vc will have 100 titles with Zelda 2 coming out Monday.

Also of note was that 4.7 million downloads had taken place with 40% of the wii userbase having been online. Now in this case of downloads that means vc purchases since last figure giving out a few months ago put it at 3 million vc purchases with an average of 400-500 thousand vc purchases each month that 4.7 million figure is likely what the purchase total is at this moment.

The wii vc and online is kicking ass and taking names cheifly the xbox live arcade and PSN.

Nice info but Zelda 2 is not my style.

Zelda II is one of those games you can only appreciate after you've beaten it, even though you'll never want to play it again.

The game itself doesnt suck, its just really hard.

Like Castlevania II and Mario 2, Zelda II took a step away from its precestor and went in a different direction.

It was all about trying something different. We see that in the third installment of all 3 mentioned titles, that they returned to a more familiar feel and look that the first ones had, but also improved on it.   

Zelda II is one of those games you can only appreciate after you've beaten it, even though you'll never want to play it again.

I didn't really like Zelda 2 that much, it wasn't the same Zelda that we know, and it was tough too, nice milestone though.

im not impressed. the game was tough and i beat it back a couple years ago. fun, but it doesn't have too much replay value.  furthermore, this game is AVAILABLE on the GC Zelda Collectors Edition disc...which is quite widely available in many ebgames ive seen. 

how 'bout a n64 game nintendo? well now u owe us 2 n64 games...cause we didn't get one last month.  we should be getting 2 on monday. 

and what about some of the greater classics...dk64, mario kart and super mario kart, smb2 and 3, smb all stars, metroid, earth bound, diidy kong racing, maybe vigilante 8 (n64) , mega man, chrono tiger, starfox, turtles in time, mortal kombat.  sadly..i doubt nintendo will release any of these great games..b/c as it turns out...vc seems to be all about turbo graphics games..mostly.

Haha LoZ:AoL is an awesome game. Sure, it's wicked hard. But it's wicked fun, too - especially when you replay it once you've finally beat it. Also, if memory serves me correctly, this is the game which gives birth to the downward thrust - one of Link's (sometimes over-used) moves in SSBM.FFXIsAstyanax

Yeah Zelda 2 is by far the worst in the series. It's the only Zelda game I would consider to be 'crap'.Raiko101
