It's hard to pick a favorite from all the great first party titles, so I'm going to skip all those and choose a favorite non-first party game, which would be RE4: Wii Edition.
ZELDA:TWILIGHT PRINCESS and OKAMI are two of my all-time favorite games.....but neither title plays as well with the Wiimote mechanics, and thus I strongly prefer the NGC and PS2 versions.
That would leave either METROID PRIME 3: CORRUPTION or SUPER PAPER MARIO as my picks :)
My all-time favorite Wii game as of now would probably have to be LOZ:TP. It was my first Wii game other than Wii Sports, and as my first Zelda, the game just blew my mind away. The game was JUST PLAIN EPIC, and at 60 hours, will probably remain my favorite Wii game of all-time.
metroid prime 3 I think it's the most fleshed out game on the wii... theres nothing in it that I can say "it would be even better if..." even with multiplayer, I'm not sure if it would be better, since they could make it like metroid rime 2's multiplayer which was rubbish
